the staff was friendly and polite, and they arranged early luggage storage for me.
The room decor felt quite dated. I think an update would improve the space a lot. also, i noticed considerable noise from the street at night because the window provided very little sound insulation. the lack of breakfast service was also a little disappointing.

the staff were helpful. i found it super helpful the arrangement for early arrival luggage storage and late storage at end of trip. the transport options were sorted well, allowing seamless travel.
my room's decor needs an update, as it felt a bit outdated. the room was quite cold, requiring extra layers to stay comfortable. there was significant noise from neighbours one night, disrupting my sleep.
